Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

This is a great summer snack that combines a fruit, dairy, and whole grain. The Ingredients are listed below:

1/2 cup of whole grain cereal
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup chopped fruit (I prefer frozen berries)

Layer all ingredients in a cup. Remember to let the kids help prepare these snacks. Good Luck!
